Full buyers advocacy service

With our full buyers advocacy service we handle everything for you. We will take control of every step in the buying process. This will include searching for right property, going to open inspections and/or private viewing, organising building inspections and reading reports, negotiating with the selling agent and organising the conveyancing.
Properties under $850,000 is a flat fee of $8,500 inc gst.

Properties over $850,000 the fee is 1% of the sale price.
​
​A intial engagement fee of $2400.00 non refundable​. Final balance due 7 days after property goes unconditional.

​The buyer service
​
We will let you find the property you like, however we will be there the whole way through, we will go to open inspections or private viewings. We will give you advice on price and negotiate with the sales agent. We will help you find a building inspector and conveyancer.

Properties under $650,000 is a flat fee of $6,500 inc gst.

Properties over $650,000 the fee is 1% of the sale price.

Auction Bidding & Negotiation service
Auction Bidding - We take the emotion out of auctions and we will represent you on auction day. We take the stress away from the auction with our bidding service. We will bid on your behalf.

Auction Bidding price is $690.00 per auction.
​
Negotiation Service - With our negotiation service we will help you secure the property for the best price and keep you from over paying.
​
Negotiation service price - $1450.00. This price includes upto 3 properties any additional properties will be charged at $400 per property.
